Our apartments in Völs am Schlern are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday:

If you are missing something, please let our receptionist know. Kitchen essentials such as vinegar and oil are readily available in our small hotel shop.

Bed linen and towels are provided in your apartment and are changed daily.

The apartment rate includes a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Should you prefer to enjoy breakfast in your apartment, we provide a breakfast basket so you can conveniently collect your preferred delicacies straight from the buffet. Additionally we offer the option to book your stay without breakfast upon request.

The following cancellation conditions apply to your booking:

• Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 30 to 15 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price of your stay
• From 14 to 8 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 60% of the total price of your stay
• Within 7 days of arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, or in case of a no-show: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of your stay

The disappointment of not being able to embark on a planned trip is challenging enough. To avoid financial loss in such situations, we recommend that you take out “Hotel Cancellation Plus” travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. As an added convenience, we offer the option of paying the applicable insurance premium along with your deposit swiftly and easily online.

Your apartment will be ready by 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. We kindly ask that you vacate your holiday apartment by 10:30 a.m. on your departure day.

Daily cleaning of your apartment (excluding the kitchen) is included in the apartment rate. The final cleaning of the apartment is always included in the apartment price.

On request, we can provide a selection of ready-to-cook local dishes, such as bread dumplings, gnocchi, or schlutzkrapfen (similar to spinach ravioli), prepared by our chef. We also serve cold platters with specialities from Prösels such as speck, cheese, and Kaminwurzen sausages. The ordered food will be placed directly in your apartment’s fridge, along with cooking instructions. This service allows you to easily prepare a delightful lunch or dinner in your apartment, especially convenient on Sundays and Mondays when our restaurant is closed.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or quickly and conveniently by making an online payment. The remaining amount is payable on departure.

Please note that dogs are only permitted in some apartment categories. Should you be travelling with your dog, kindly inform us at the time of reservation. An additional fee of €35.00 per day will be charged. Dogs are not welcome in the restaurant, on the sunbathing lawn, or in the wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.

E-charging stations are available in our covered parking area, enabling you to charge your electric vehicle. This is our contribution to sustainable travel and contemporary luxury.

A laundry room with a washing machine, detergent, tumble dryer, and an iron is available to use free of charge during your stay.

Between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., you can enjoy tasty Aperitif snacks from the buffet. To perfectly complement your meal, choose from our selection of beverages at the Trust Bar (at a fee).

You can park your car free of charge in our covered car park.

All rates are per person per night and include breakfast along with daily cleaning services. Options for accommodation without breakfast and cleaning services are available upon request.
A local tax of €3.50 per person per night (for guests 14 years and older) is also applicable and payable on-site.

On request, we would be happy to pick you up from Bolzano railway station or Bolzano airport for € 50.00 per trip.
